Pec Press: lie on your back knees bent and arms stretched out to either side. Using small weights 2-3 pounds weights in each hand, slowly bring your arms together and hold for 2-3 secs. Lower arms to initial position.

Butterfly Press: Using the same weights as the pec press sit on a chair with your back straight, let your arms lie at your sides, then raise your arms keeping the elbow straight till your arm is at the same height as your shoulder, hold this for 3-4 secs and lower arms to starting position.

Wall Press: Stand about two feet away from a wall, place the palm of your hands against the wall, slowly lean into the wall, letting your arms bend to the point your nose is touching the wall, then push yourself slowly out from the wall to your starting position.

Use of breast exercise coupled along with the right choice of bra can help you develop that bustline you have always wanted and desired.

When can you expect to see results?, this will vary like all exercises from woman to woman, but you should start to see results after around 4-6 weeks. the longer you continue at these exercises the better the results.
